By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a Bitfalls app, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Subject to these terms, Bitfalls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your personal or internal business use.
You may install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to any usage limits stated at the time of purchase.
2. What You May Not Do
You may not:
- resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the app
- share paid copies in a way that allows unlicensed third parties to use the app
- remove copyright, attribution, or legal notices
- use the app in a way that violates applicable law
- interfere with the app, update system, website, or related services
3. Purchases and Delivery
Purchases may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider acting on behalf of Bitfalls.
When you purchase a Bitfalls app, you receive access to the app download and any updates included with your purchase under the offer shown at checkout or on the relevant app page.
4. Updates and Changes
Bitfalls may provide bug fixes, improvements, compatibility updates, or new features at its discretion.
Bitfalls may also change pricing, packaging, features, or update availability for future customers or future versions of an app.
5. System Permissions
Some apps may require macOS permissions or access to local system resources in order to work as described. If you do not grant required permissions, some or all features may not work.
6. Disclaimer
Bitfalls apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bitfalls does not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or macOS configuration.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bitfalls handles information related to its apps, direct purchases, and support interactions.
1. What The Apps Do Locally
Bitfalls apps are designed to work with data already on your device or data you explicitly provide during use.
Depending on the app, this may include local screenshots, scheduler configuration, system metadata, or similar local files and settings.
Bitfalls does not intend for app data to be uploaded to Bitfalls servers as part of normal app operation unless a specific app page says otherwise.
2. System Permissions
Some apps may request macOS permissions or access to local resources so the app can perform its documented features. Those permissions are controlled by macOS and can be changed by you in System Settings.
3. Purchase and Billing Information
If you purchase a Bitfalls app directly, payment and billing information may be collected and processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.
Bitfalls may receive limited purchase-related information necessary to deliver the product and handle support, such as:
- name
- email address
- country
- tax-related purchase details
- transaction status
- refund status
Bitfalls does not store raw payment card details unless explicitly provided by the payment provider for an operational reason.
4. Support Communications
If you contact Bitfalls for support, Bitfalls may receive the information you choose to provide, such as:
- your email address
- your message
- purchase details
- screenshots or diagnostic material you voluntarily send
If you send screenshots, logs, or other diagnostics, they may contain sensitive information. Review them before sending.
5. Local Logs and Diagnostics
Some Bitfalls apps may write local diagnostic logs on your device to help with troubleshooting.
Those logs are not intended to be transmitted automatically to Bitfalls. They are only shared if you choose to send them during support.
6. Data Sharing
Bitfalls may share data with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the business, process payments, prevent fraud, or provide support.
This may include payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers used on the website, and customer support tooling.
Bitfalls does not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
Bitfalls keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.
To make a privacy-related request, contact:
9. Third-Party Policies
If you purchase through Paddle, Paddle's terms and privacy materials also apply to payment processing and checkout handling.
